New Leader Integration
Introducing a new leader to a team can be everything from exciting to unsettling, depending on the team members, the new leader, the state of the business, and what everyone knows (or thinks they know) about each other. Any change to a team triggers the team change cycle of forming-storming-norming-performing. There’s simply more uncertainty than usual. The New Leader Integration program can cut through six months of awkward figuring-each-other-out in just 6-8 hours with proven steps that draw out areas that block or energize the team and move the team more quickly to performing. We get everyone in the room—new leader and crew—to ask and answer questions and share what they all need to work well together. No forced team-building exercises or trust falls. Just honest conversation about expectations, working styles, and what success looks like.
