I grew up on a small family farm with three brothers and teacher parents who taught me that animals get fed first, everyone deserves an education, and if you make a commitment, you keep it no matter what. By helping them reflect on how they've been led and how they've led others, we guide them to define and embrace the leadership skills they need.
